Notes by Rebekah was born out of a desire to assist others in living every day to the fullest.

I was tired of letting life happen to me instead of taking control of what I could. One intentional day at a time my anxiety began to lessen, my cup was no longer empty and I could show up more for the people in my life

The moment I realized that I could take the circumstances I didn't like and change it, my world opened up. I replaced the job that was crushing my spirits with a job, let go of dynamics that no longer served me, grew the income from my Etsy shop, and improved the relationship I had with myself.

Success isn't given.
Luck without preparation is pointless.

My journey is continuous and as you begin (or continue) yours, I can't wait to see you evolve into the best version of yourself.
